1. 据中国建筑卫生陶瓷行协会信息，由于2017年年初开始，整个房地产投资增速下滑，导致陶瓷行业变冷。今年上半年，全国建筑陶瓷产量46亿平米，同比下降17.7%。 企业数量减少了99家。

according to china building ceramics & sanitaryware association，（c．b．c．s．a. ）, since the beginning of 2017, the growth rate of the real estate investment has gone down, leading to the cold period of ceramic industry. in the first half of 2018, the national output of building ceramics was 4.6 billion square meters, a 17.7% year-on-year decline. the number of ceramic producing companies was reduced by 99.

2. 出口量则大幅下降，2017年出口量下降24%. 今年还将持续下降，除了出口量，出口单价的下降更值得我们关注。

export value fell as sharply as 24% in the year of 2017. this year the export value will continue its decline, with both volume, and the more remarkable decline in export unit price of product.

评论： 出口减少不可逆转.

进口却在增加，2017年进口量同比增长26%，进口额增长42%。

comments. in short, export decline for tile is irreversible.

on the contrary, imports are increasing. in 2017, ceramic tiles imports into china increased by nearly 26 % in volume and by 42% in value respectively on the year-on-year basis.

3.根据国务院的公告，自2018年7月1日起， 进口建筑陶瓷(税则号列：6907) 税率全面下调到7%。而此前，进口陶瓷砖的税率高的为17%，低的为12%。

according to the announcement of the state council, from july 1, 2018, tariffs rate on imported building ceramics ( hs code: 6907) is reduced to 7% cross the board, compared to the previous 12% and 17% respectively.

专家估计，随着关税的降低，将会有更多进口砖品牌进入中国，而进口砖之间的竞争也会逐步白热化，并引发第一轮价格战。

comments. as tariffs fall, more brands of imported tiles will enter china market, and the competition between them will gradually intensify , leading to the first round of price wars.

4.《2018-2023年中国瓷砖行业分析报告》显示，2017年国内陶企环保治理未对佛山陶企造成实质性影响，但湖南、贵州、辽宁以及河北，均成为了环保治理的重灾区，75%被审查的河北陶企被处以停产处罚。

according to a analysis report on “china's ceramic tile industry”, the tightening up of environmental management measures in 2017 did not have a substantial impact on foshan/guangdong-based ceramic companies ; however, provinces of hunan, guizhou, liaoning, and hebei have all become the hardest hit areas with victims for environmental protection. for example, 75% of the hebei province ceramic enterprises under review were suspended of production.

5.近日，由中窑股份为印度alcora 陶瓷承建的内墙砖生产线正式出砖，产品规格300×450mm，设计日产量为10000㎡。

6.未来20年中国瓷砖销售趋势：一、当前精装房增加，集团采购量提高，零售比例下降。二、城市化率达70%时，新建住宅量下降，但翻新、翻建量会增加，零售（定制）比例又会增加。只有变化才是不变！

at present, the percentage of decorated apartments and the purchase volume under developers’ centralized procurement scheme have increased, while the proportion of sales by retail outlets has decreased.

when the urbanization rate reaches 70%, new residential building volume declines, but the volume for renovated home will increase, thus bringing up the tailor-made percentageon retail channel.
